Let's get it started! Tampon is actually a kind of pad that we use in our vagina during period. Most of my juniors and seniors wonder how to use a tampon. First of all, you need to choose a right tampon for your own, there's a few brand of tampons out there such as o.b, tampax and playtex. For my opinion, i would like to introduce Tampax for the beginner. Well, there is cardboard applicator and plastic applicator for tampon. For o.b, there's no any applicator as you need to feels it by your own ( i din't meant for 'finger' yourself ). As for tampax and playtex, both of them are plastic applicator.
Anyway, im not gonna post more about ob because it don't have any applicator. If you dont have a haevy flow, i suggest you to choose a regular one, unless you're having heavy flow then you may choose super one. Then, you may take almost 10 min to get things done because its the first time to use tampon. Don't be panic and nervous when you can get the tampon in, try an hour later and you'll get that in. I guess its hard to make you understand all these unless there's a video. But im not gonna make a video about how to use tampon because I found my 'partner'! Im just so similiar to her, talk in a fast way and getting so hilarious. So i decided to save up my time and replace her guide video right here. Her explanation is detial and i'm sure that after watching her video, you will be able to try out tampon easier. So, here is the part 1 which explain how tampon looks like and how to use it.
